Frequently asked questions

Your bank file stays on your device

Does the website make any network requests?

The browser downloads the public site and bundled application resources from subscriptions.sparkpond.com. The private workspace permits only same-origin app resources and sends no transaction contents.

What analytics data is allowed?

The app ships with a strict local event adapter. It rejects undeclared properties and never includes filenames, headers, merchants, amounts, dates, currencies or exact transaction counts.
